Customer Pickup Terms
nvoices must be paid in full at the time of order. We accept checks or cash only.
At pickup, you will be given the opportunity to inspect the product(s) prior to signing an acceptance sheet. North Shore Marble & Granite is not responsible for scratched, cracked, chipped, or broken material after the customer takes possession of it.
Tile is ordered and sold in full boxes only. There are no returns, refunds, or credits.
Customer Pickup hours are Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 4PM.
Installation Sales Terms
o to the nature of every counter, vanity, or fireplace being custom made, all sales must be paid in full a time of purchase.
Samples-
Considering that marble, granite, and limestone are products of nature, variations in color, shade, and pattern are normal and should not be considered defects.
All stone fabricating will be performed by North Shore Marble & Granite Company on our premises by our employees. We do not subcontract.
